Return and Exchange Policy
Exchanges (Size Only)
We understand that finding the perfect fit is important, which is why we offer size exchanges. However, please note the following conditions:
- Retrun: We accept returns within 2 days of the product being delivered to you.
Return Request: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. - Return Shipping: The product must be shipped back within 2 days of notifying us. It should be in its original packaging, unused, and with the original tags intact. This is to maintain our hygiene policy.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer.
- Credit Voucher: If the desired size is not available, a credit voucher will be issued. Refunds are not available under any circumstances.
To start an exchange, please submit your request through
https://account.seemaandsuman.com. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that items cannot be returned, only exchanged for size. This includes:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

Refunds
Refunds are not available as items are non-returnable. Exchanges for size are the only option provided. If there are any issues with your exchange request, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
